Are your rings made of quality material?

Absolutely! Our rings are made of only the finest quality materials. Stones and metals differ in quality naturally (Ex: diamonds differ depending on clarity, cut and color. Gold can differ depending on karat weight), but we pride ourselves in making sure each ring is crafted with the best of the best! Since each ring is so unique we make sure to specify the materials under each listing. 

Do you allow returns?

Refunds and exchanges are given within 10 days of receiving your package, EXCLUDING custom orders, engraved items, and items not previously broken or damaged. PLEASE CONTACT US FIRST before you return any items and we will give you instructions on returning them! A refund will be issued minus the shipping fees and a $25 re-stocking fee will be charged for any returned item.

Who makes the rings?

At Olive Avenue Jewelry we work together to brainstorm and design new styles and trends that we want to bring to life. We have worked closely for nearly 35 years with an experienced goldsmith that creates the rings from scratch. We also work with a couple of trusted vendors to bring you popular styles that are currently trending. 

Am I able to design a custom ring?

We love helping our customers create the ring of their dreams! If you have something in mind that you just aren't finding out there, send us an email and we will make your dream a reality. 

What warranties do you offer? 

We offer a one year workmanship warranty on all our jewelry. This means any problems that arise from the workmanship, such as loose stones, loose prongs, or re-sizing, are covered under this warranty. We do not cover the loss of main center stones. After the first year of ownership of your piece of jewelry, we offer repairs, re-tipping, polishing, sizing, and other services at a discounted rate. Please contact us if you need more information regarding this. 

Do you offer insurance on your rings?

Although we do offer a warranty on our rings we do not offer insurance. Insurance to cover the accidental loss, theft, or even the loss of a center stone falling out, can be purchased through a 3rd party.
