To our Olive Ave Family,
The health and safety of our customers and staff is our top priority and as the impact of COVID-19 continues to be felt around the world, we are taking the necessary precautions. Here are a few things we are doing to keep everyone protected:
Customer Safety/Appointments -
For our customers health and safety, we are putting a temporary pause on meeting with our local customers. However, we will continue to open our doors to prompt pick ups for those who are local. If you have further questions regarding rescheduling, pick ups, etc., please email hello@oliveavejewelry.com.
Staff Safety -
We value our staff and their health and encourage them to stay home where possible. We are taking necessary precautions in our work place with providing a sanitary station as well as social distancing. Our customer service team is here and ready to assist you in this time of uncertainty.
Shipping -
Due to the disruption in our supply chain, our shipping time period has been modified to 5-6 weeks for new orders. We will continue to make it a priority to clean and sanitize every ring that leaves our headquarters. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with questions or concerns.

Ready to Ship -
For our customers that need a swift turn around time and would like a ring promptly, please visit our Ready to Ship Collection on our website. Our Ready to Ship Collection does not include our full inventory; however, we offer a wide variety to choose from. Rings found there will ship within 3-5 business days.
This is uncharted territory for us all, but we are dedicated to YOU as our customer, friend and most importantly, family.
