    When is Gold Friday?  
    Gold Friday is Friday, November 11th and Saturday, November 12th
     
    What is the Gold Friday discount? The discount is 10% off everything, sitewide.
     
     Can I apply the discount to a previously placed order? No, the sale only applies to orders placed within the 48 hour window.  
     
    What time zone is the sale in?  The Gold Friday Sale will be based in Mountain Standard Time.  
     
    Does the sale apply to Klarna orders? Yes, Gold Friday does apply to Klarna and any other forms of payment.
     
    How do I get a band engraved? We can add an engraving to your order if the band is at least 2mm wide. Please note, adding an engraving will make the ring non-returnable. For further assistance with engravings, please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com
     
     
    CUSTOMS
    For the first time ever, custom designs will be included in Gold Friday! 
    Purchasing the Gold Friday Custom Voucher during our sale will allow you to receive the discount on your custom design. The voucher will be applied to the total cost of your order. Please note the invoice must be completed and paid for by December 31, 2022. 
     If a custom design has not been finalized by the deadline, you will receive a full refund for the voucher. You will be able to continue with your custom design, however, there will be no discount applied to your invoice. If you decide not to proceed with your custom design, the voucher will be refunded to you in full. 
     
     How does the Gold Friday Custom Voucher work?  The Custom Voucher holds your discount as you begin the custom design process, allowing you time to complete your dream ring. The voucher expires if not used by December 31, 2022 and you will be fully refunded. The Gold Friday 10% discount does not apply to the voucher. 
     
     How does the customs process work?  Please note, the entire design and production process can take anywhere from 6 to 10 weeks. To begin the custom design process, you will fill out the form to outline your design idea. After reviewing your form, a member of our team will reach out to you with the estimated cost. If you decide to proceed, we will begin creating previews of the design, that will include measurements to give you a true overview of your design. 
    As we continue the process, a member of our team will work alongside you to make any modifications to your design. Once the design has been finalized, you will receive a digital rendering that will allow you to see your ring set with the desired center stone and gold color. Along with the rendering, you will receive a quote for the final product. Once the custom invoice is completed, production on your ring will start.  
     
    Is my custom ring eligible for a return or exchange?  Unfortunately, a custom ring is not eligible for a return or exchange. Each custom is unique and created specially for you. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your custom, please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com. 
     
     How do I apply the discount to a custom order? If you are early in the design process, you will need to purchase the Gold Friday Custom Voucher to hold the discount until you have received your invoice. If you have finalized your custom design, the Gold Friday discount will be applied as you complete your invoice during the Gold Friday sale. If you purchased the Custom Voucher during the sale, the invoice must be paid for in full by December 31, 2022.  
     
      Will I receive my custom ring in time for Christmas? If your custom design has been finalized and your payment has been processed by November 23rd, our team will have your ring finished and shipped to you by Christmas. 
     
    Is there a deposit required to start the custom process?  A deposit is not required to start the custom process. Once the design is finalized and we have received payment, we will be able to start production on your ring. If you’d like to create a custom design with the Gold Friday discount, you will need to purchase the Custom Voucher during Gold Friday. The cost of the voucher will be applied to your final invoice. 
     
    Is the custom voucher refundable?  Yes, if you do not complete a custom design by December 31, 2022, or decide to forgo designing a custom ring, the voucher will be refunded to you in full. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.     Now that I have purchased the voucher, how do I start the custom process?  Once you have filled out the form and purchased the voucher, our customs team will reach out to you to start the process. 
     
    What if my custom ring is not complete before the deadline? We have a team dedicated to helping you create and complete your custom order in time for you to receive the discount. We are always willing to look at each situation individually as we understand that each order is unique and may have extenuating circumstances. 
     
     Is changing the size of the stone considered a custom?  Yes, design changes would have to be made to accommodate your custom stone size. If you want to change the type of center stone and keep the dimensions the same, that is not considered a custom as design changes do not need to be made.     Can I use my heirloom stone? Yes, however, this would be considered a custom design and you will need to purchase our Gold Friday Custom Voucher to apply the discount. Please email us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com to start the custom process with your heirloom stone.
     
     
    SHIPPING + RETURNS

    Does the sale include international shipping?  No, the sale will only apply to the products listed on our website. The discount will lower the overall cost of your order, however this will not lower the cost of the taxes and duties.

     
    Does the sale ship to every country?      Will my ring be here by Christmas?  In order for your ring to arrive by Christmas, all international orders must be placed by November 18, 2022. All orders from the U.S. and Canada must be placed by November 23, 2022.
     
    When can I expect my order to arrive? Please allow 3-4 weeks from the day the order was placed for production time. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to track your order. 
     
    Will sale items qualify for returns?  Yes, we offer a 30 day return and exchange policy for all items on our site. However, if you are purchasing a custom, the order will not be eligible for a return or exchange.  
     
     
    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
    Can you buy a protection plan for a ring already purchased?  Yes, if you are within the first 90 days of receiving the ring, you can purchase the Extended Service Plan. 
     
     Is there a limit to how many items can be purchased?  No, there is no limit to how many items you can purchase during the Gold Friday sale. 
     
      Does the discount apply to the extended service plan?  Yes, the Gold Friday discount applies to the Extended Service plan. The ESP must be purchased for your order within the first 90 days of receiving the ring.  
     
    Will you sell out of a certain style? No. Our jewelry is made to order, we will not sell out of any styles. 
     
    How long does the sale last?  The sale lasts 48 hours from Friday, November 11th to Saturday, November 12th
     
     How do you apply the discount?  The Gold Friday discount will be automatically applied at check out and cannot be combined with any other promotions 
     
    Will gift cards be on sale?  Yes, gift cards will be eligible for the Gold Friday discount. 
     
    Does it apply to Yellow Gold Only?  No, the sale applies to all products, in all gold colors. 
     
      Do you have the same sale every year?  Yes, our Gold Friday sale happens every November, and is our one and only sale of the year. 
     
     Is it considered a custom if you need a finger size not offered on the website?  No, please reach out to us at hello@oliveavejewelry.com and we will be able to order your ring in the correct size.  
     
    Will there be a sale for Black Friday? No, Gold Friday is our one and only sale of the year.
